A modular approach to the web design process

Project Review

Once everything is launched, up and finished its nice to go back over everything you did and make sure its up to a high standard and that the client is happy with your work.

Interview the designers, developers and anyone else on your staff that was involded with the project directly. The main questions you'll be asking are:
Rate the finished result (1-5)
Do you think the solution was the best fit
What did we do well
Would you have done anything differently
Is there anywhere were we can improve our process
For the client your questions will be along the lines of:
Do you think the solution was the best fit
Are you and your staff happy with the solution
During the project did we
Keep you informed on progress
Communicate clearly, free of unnecessary jargon
Responded appropriately to changes
Dealt with problems openly and quickly
Was responsive and flexible in proposing solutions
Demonstrate an understanding of our business/technical needs
