Project Review
Once everything is launched, up and finished its nice to go back over everything you did and make sure its up to a high standard and that the client is happy with your work.
- Interview the designers, developers and anyone else on your staff that was involded with the project directly. The main questions you'll be asking are:
- Rate the finished result (1-5)
- Do you think the solution was the best fit
- What did we do well
- Would you have done anything differently
- Is there anywhere were we can improve our process
- For the client your questions will be along the lines of:
- Do you think the solution was the best fit
- Are you and your staff happy with the solution
- During the project did we
- Keep you informed on progress
- Communicate clearly, free of unnecessary jargon
- Responded appropriately to changes
- Dealt with problems openly and quickly
- Was responsive and flexible in proposing solutions
- Demonstrate an understanding of our business/technical needs
- One area we excelled was:
