Scripted Walkthrough
The scripted walkthrough is a presented story through the client's wireframed site with their content in place. Its really so the client can see how the pages relate to one another and the information structure of each page.
Since its scripted you might want to pick a persona for the "story", that way it reminds the client of their audience, shows their behaviour and you already know the motivation for that persona on the site. This all helps to sell the site and explain some of your rational behind what you've done, rather than just randomly clicking links and say "Doesn't that look cool?".
Your script could be something as simple as
Homepage › Latest news piece › Main news area › Search result page › Product X page
Another thing that's handy, since its scripted you only have to show the static pages you need for your story.
